RAWALPINDI:Additional Deputy Commissioner (Social Services) Rawalpindi Fazael Mudassar on Wednesday chaired a high-level coordination meeting to finalize logistical, security, and administrative arrangements for the upcoming Post-Graduate Entry Test for Rawalpindi Medical University (RMU).
The entry examination is scheduled on October 25, at the university, drawing over 1,500 candidates for testing sessions running from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Saddar Akhtar Malik, along with representatives from the police, traffic police and other municipal departments.
Reviewing operational requirements, the ADC directed line agencies to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply throughout the examination hours, robust traffic management, dedicated waiting areas, parking arrangements, medical camps, and standby Rescue 1122 emergency services.
Authorities confirmed that Section 144 will be enforced around the examination center on test day to maintain public order.
Assistant Commissioner Saddar Akhtar Malik has been designated as the focal point for inter-departmental oversight and coordination.
