Mirpurkhas: Regional Election Commissioner (REC) Imtiaz Ali Kalhoro along with District Election Commissioner (DEC) Khalid Hussain supervised the training session of presiding officers in Mirpurkhas on Tuesday.
According to detail, under the directives of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), the REC, DEC and Returning Officer (RO) PS 47 visited the training grounds, specifically Government Higher Secondary School Mirwah Gorchani, to assess preparations for the upcoming 2024 general elections.
With a keen eye on the ongoing training of Assistant Presiding Officers and Polling Officers of Mirwah and Kot Ghulam Muhammad, REC Imtiaz Ali Kalhoro emphasized that the Election Commission is committed to ensuring free and impartial elections.
He urged everyone involved to uphold the principles of fairness and transparency, ultimately paving the way for the establishment of a democratic government.
