HYDERABAD: In line with the directives from the Provincial Ombudsman and the Accountant General of Sindh, the Regional Director of Provincial Ombudsman Abdul Wahab Memon held an open court session (Khuli Kachehri) at the District Accounts Office here Monday.
During the session, he stated that solving issues and alleviating hardships of the public was a form of worship, while addressing the problems of government employees was their responsibility.
The employees of education, police, agriculture and other departments presented their grievances related to pensions, gratuity, GP fund and accounts to the Regional Director.
The Regional Director listened to the employees’ issues in detail and directed the District Accounts Officer Hyderabad and other relevant treasury officers to promptly resolve the complaints. The District Accounts Officer Hyderabad and other concerned officials were also present in khuli kachehri.
