Dera ismail khan:Rescue 1122, Lakki Marwat responded to 149 emergencies across the district over the last week, providing timely medical assistance and emergency services to citizens.
According to its report issued here on Monday, a total of 2,229 calls were received during the week, including 1,092 unnecessary or irrelevant calls and 988 information-related calls.
The emergencies included 115 medical cases, 21 road traffic accidents, 11 incidents involving fights and gunshot injuries, and two recovery operations.
It adds that Rescue teams provided on-site medical assistance and transported 144 patients safely to hospitals.
During this period, it also provided referral services, and 60 emergencies were tackled, transporting 13 patients within the district and 47 patients from one district to another.
A total of 60 patients benefited from the referral service during the reporting period.
