QUETTA:Parliamentary Secretary Law and Science & Technology, Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi contacted Noor Jahan Memon, Social Worker of Usta Muhammad by telephone and assured her of complete protection while inquiring about her problems.
Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi said that regardless of domestic problems, human life comes first and under the basic constitutional rights given in the Constitution of Pakistan, the life and financial protection of every citizen was the responsibility of the state. It is possible to solve financial and marital problems.
“Special instructions have been issued to the police to ensure the safety of Noor Jahan Memon during the hearing of civil cases”, she added.
Noor Jahan Memon, a social worker of Usta Muhammad met the central leader of Balochistan Awami Party (BAP), Mir Ataullah Khan Buledi and informed him of her concerns.
On this occasion, Parliamentary Secretary Law and Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi spoke to the victim Noor Jahan Memon on telephone and got information about the situation.
Dr. Rababa Khan Buledi said that there was no substitute for human life, therefore the determination of guilt and the protection of human life was the first and primary responsibility of the state without going into dispute.
She said that while taking notice of the press conference of the affected social worker on the media, timely instructions were issued to the Balochistan Police to pay attention to the situation and protect human life.
Noor Jahan Memon’s case is being looked into by AIG Gender Balochistan Police Arsala Saleem, an FIR has been registered on the request of the victim, while instructions have also been given to take measures for her protection, she maintained.
