Quetta:Former District and Sessions Judge Saadatullah Khan Bazai too oath as the Provincial Ombudsman of Balochistan on Monday here. Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhel administered the oath of office of Provincial Ombudsman Balochistan to former Judge District and Session Saadatullah Khan Bazai.
In this regard, a simple but dignified oath-taking ceremony was held at the Governor House Quetta in which Adviser to the Chief Minister Balochistan Naseem-ur-Rehman, Member Provincial Assembly Naeem Bazai and Advocate General Balochistan Abdul Latif Kakar, along with provincial secretaries, senior lawyers and other important personalities participated.
Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhel expressed the expectation that after the appointment of Saadatullah Khan Bazai as Provincial Ombudsman, the Provincial Ombudsman institution would play its role more effectively in redressing the grievances of the citizens, identifying administrative irregularities in government departments and providing timely relief to the public.
The Provincial Ombudsman institution is indeed an effective institution.
