HYDERABAD: The Vice Chancellor University of Sindh Prof. Dr. Muhammad Siddique Kalhoro has asked the Director Finance to disburse the salaries to all the Christian employees tomorrow on account of Christmas.
However, the university has already paid a half basic salary in advance to the Christian employees in this regard, the university spokesman informed on Monday. Following the special instructions of the Vice Chancellor, the Director Finance prepared the lists of Christian employees, whose salaries of the current month will be remitted to their bank accounts by tomorrow, which is usually paid on the 1st of every month. The Director Finance said that on the direction of the Vice Chancellor, half of the basic salary had already been transferred into the bank accounts of the Christian employees of the University of Sindh.
Meanwhile, the vice chancellor also issued an order to give uniform and jersey allowance to the entitled lower employees of the university by end of the prevailing month or in December salaries.
