Lahore: On the occasion of International Humanitarian Day, a mega blood donation drive was organised by Sundus Foundation in collaboration with various medical colleges of Lahore.
Students of the colleges, with the aim of promoting the trend of voluntary blood donation among the young generation to ensure safe and healthy blood supply for patients suffering from thalassemia, hemophilia and other blood diseases.
In the blood donation camp, organised in Gulbarg Lahore, students of King Edward Medical University, Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore Medical and Dental College, Rahbar Medical and Dental College, Amna Inayat Medical College, Rashid Latif Medical College, Fatima Memorial Medical College, Services Institute of Medical Sciences, Central Park Medical College and Fatima Jinnah Medical University participated fully and donated blood in the spirit of humanitarian service.
