Rawalpindi: Police have arrested key suspect involved in the murder of a citizen three weeks ago in the jurisdiction of Rata Amral police station here on Monday.
According to police spokesperson, Police have utilized human intelligence and various other resources.
Accomplice has already been apprehended in this case.
SP Rawalpindi, Saad Arshad, said that accused would be presented in the court with solid evidence.
He made it clear that it is prime duty of police to protect the lives and properties of people.
Likewise, Police have arrested six illegal arm holders during operation and recovered illegal weapons along with ammunition.
The arrests were made in the following areas including Ganjmandi, Pirwadhai, New Town, Naseerabad, Chaklala, and Wah Saddar.
Separate cases have been registered against all of them and further investigation is underway, the spokesperson added.
