DERA ISMAIL KHAN:The district administration Tank is taking concrete steps to ensure implementation of the government’s subsidy relief package for citizens across the district.
As part of efforts, Additional Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Irfan Khan inspected four petrol pumps in and monitored fuel prices, measurement accuracy and implementation of the federal government’s subsidy relief package.
During the visits, the petrol pump managements were directed to ensure strict compliance with official price lists, accurate measurements, cleanliness standards, fuel quality requirements and the government’s subsidy relief policy.
The inspection team found the prices, relief package arrangements and other relevant measures satisfactory.
He said the district administration would continue these inspections which aimed at protecting consumer interests and ensuring that government relief reaches the people in a timely, transparent and effective manner.
