SARGODHA:Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Education Akhtar Baloch suspended a female teacher on Saturday for forcing a student to wear a ‘shoe-garland’ for coming to school without uniform shoes at Chak No 120-SB here.
The CEO told reporter that Elementary School Teacher (EST) Asia Batool of Government High School 120-Sb forced a sixth-class student to wear a ‘shoe-garland’ when he came to school without wearing shoes.
An inquiry was initiated when the district education authorities came to know about the incident. Upon receiving the final report from the school head, the CEO suspended the teacher.
