Peshawar: The Tribal Electric Supply Company (TESCO) has formally approved revised pay scales and updated financial allowances for its employees, scheduled to take effect retroactively from July 1 of this year.
According to an official notification released on Saturday, all TESCO personnel will receive a 7 percent ad-hoc relief allowance calculated against their basic pay.
Additionally, the company has sanctioned a 15 percent Disparity Reduction Allowance for employees serving across Basic Pay Scales (BPS) 1 through 22. This specific disparity allowance will apply to basic pay scale effective from June 30.
