Two candidates booked for cheating during matric exams

Rawalpindi: Special monitoring teams from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi registered Unfair Means Cases (UMC) against two candidates caught cheating during the ongoing Matric Second Annual Exams.



According to the details Controller of Examinations Tanveer Asghar Awan caught candidates Roll No. 205991 and Roll No. 200030 using unfair means during a surprise inspection at the Government Graduate College Attock examination center. Both cases were immediately referred to the board’s discipline branch for formal administrative and disciplinary action under standard examination regulations.



Reiterating enforcement directives from CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Chairman Rawalpindi Board Prof. Dr. Iqbal Mahmood affirmed that zero-tolerance policies remain active across all testing venues. He emphasized that continuous physical oversight and strict vigilance will continue throughout the division to uphold academic merit and preserve examination integrity.
