Lahore: A 38-year-old woman in Hanjarwal area allegedly ended her life by consuming poisonous pills after being upset over a domestic dispute.
According to police sources, the deceased Faiza Babar often had arguments with her husband, over which the husband had also sent her a divorce notice. Sources say that Faiza Babar was upset and consumed poisonous pills hidden in wheat.
She was immediately shifted to the hospital as her condition deteriorated, but she could not survive. The police have shifted the body to the morgue and initiated legal proceedings.
