PESHAWAR:Department of Higher Education, University of Engineering and Technology on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide uninterrupted energy supply to degree colleges of the province.
Addressing the MoU ceremony, Provincial Higher Education Minister, Kamran Bangash said that government was endeavoring to complete installation of solar energy projects in colleges to facilitate student.
He said that feasibility of solar installation in Pakistan Advanced Study Centre would also be ensured after inking of MoU.
He said the provincial government has also started working on load shedding free educational institutions after issuance of Insaf Education Card in degree colleges of Higher Education Department.
