QUETTA: Chief Secretary (CS) Balochistan Mathar Niaz Rana on Wednesday chaired a high level meeting on the law and order situation in the province where other important issues including checking were also reviewed in detail.
The meeting was attended by Inspector General Police (IGP) Balochistan Muhammad Tahir Rai, Joint Director General IB Dost Ali Baloch, Brigadier Abid, Special Secretary Home, Commissioner Quetta Division and representatives of law enforcement agencies.
The Chief Secretary Balochistan expressed satisfaction over the steps taken by the law enforcement agencies to maintain law and order situation.
He said that action should be taken against those who entered the province illegally. It was decided in the meeting that action would be taken against those who sheltered foreigners.
The Chief Secretary directed to keep a close watch on all the entrances to the province and said action should be taken against the foreigners entering the province illegally under the Foreign Act.
