MULTAN: Managing Director Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Nasir Iqbal said that filters of all water filtration plants would be replaced during the ongoing week of “Khidmat Apke Dehleez Pay” program started here on Monday.
Inaugurating the filters replacement week while replacing filters of Shamsabad Water Filtration plant here, the MD WASA said that Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar’s initiative of “Khidmat Apke Dehleez Pay” program was continued successfully. He said that public issues were being resolved on top priority under the program. He said that cleanliness of filtration plants and replacement of filters would be ensured, adding that performance of water supply divisions would also be monitored during the current week.
Nasir Iqbal said that the water and sanitation agency was striving hard to bring more improvement in service delivery to masses. Deputy Director Water Supply Hafiz Laghari and other concerned officers were also present on the occasion.
