DC Larkana conducts tender for District Larkana’s judicial lockup


Larkana: Deputy Commissioner Larkana, Tariq Manzoor Chandio, conducted a tender for the judicial lockup of District Larkana.Three different contractors from District Larkana participated in the tender, and the tender for the judicial lockup was opened in a fair and transparent manner in front of all members of the purchase committee, under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner Larkana.



Deputy Commissioner Larkana instructed all contractors to inform them about the tender after verification by the Home Department Sindh and the completion of the full procedure. He also directed them to ensure that proper food is provided to the UTPs (Under Trial Prisoners) of the District Larkana judicial lockup after the tender is awarded.

DC directs timely completion of development projects in Murree


Rawalpindi: Deputy Commissioner Murree, Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi, on Wednesday directed district officers to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of all ongoing development schemes.



He was chairing a meeting of the District Coordination Committee, which was attended by district heads of all relevant departments. The forum reviewed the overall performance of various public sector departments, progress on ongoing development projects, and public welfare initiatives.



During the session, departmental heads provided comprehensive briefings on their respective institutional performances and ongoing development schemes.



Expressing satisfaction with the progress, the deputy commissioner emphasized that projects must be completed within the stipulated timelines and meet high quality standards so that the public can reap their benefits without delay.



Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi reiterated that public service remains the top priority of the government, warning that no delay or negligence in execution would be tolerated. He directed all departments to enhance mutual coordination, ensure continuous monitoring of projects, and prioritize transparency and quality at every stage.



He also urged officers to perform their duties with dedication and professionalism to ensure prompt resolution of public grievances.
