QUETTA: Advisor to Chief Minister Balochistan for Women Development Dr. Rababa Khan Buledi on Friday said that only 22 percent of the total population of the province has access to basic health facilities, comprehensive measures would be taken to ensure best health care facilities to the masses.
Director General Balochistan Health Services Dr. Amin Mandokhail met with Adviser Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi.
During the meeting, the discussion focused on the current state of healthcare services and the challenges faced by female healthcare professionals in the province.
Dr. Amin Mandokhail provided a comprehensive overview of the healthcare services provided by the Balochistan Health Department. He highlighted the pressing issues faced by female doctors, nurses, and medical technicians, which include inadequate facilities, lack of security, and limited career progression opportunities.

ic-private partnership.
Adviser to the Chief Minister announced that the Women Development Department will soon sign a memorandum of understanding with the Health Department. This MoU will facilitate joint efforts to address health issues faced by women in Balochistan.
“This collaboration aims to create a supportive environment for our female healthcare professionals and improve healthcare services for women across the province’.
Dr. Rababa Khan Bildi assured that concrete steps would be taken to resolve the problems faced by women doctors, nurses and medical technicians of the province on behalf of the Women’s Development Department.
“The health and well-being of our women are paramount. Female doctors, nurses and medical technicians are the backbone of our medical system, and it is crucial that we address their concerns promptly,” said Dr. Buledi. She also emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts to enhance the healthcare system in Balochistan.
