KOHAT: The Kohat Police in the targeted search and strike operation in different areas of Kohat city have arrested 30 suspects including a wanted criminal here on Friday, a spokesman of the Kohat Police said.
The spokesman revealed that Kohat Police in a targeted search and strike operation succeeded in arresting 30 suspects including a wanted criminal. During the operation, 4 pistols, 3 chargers, dozens of cartridges and 950 grams of hashish were recovered from the possession of the arrested persons.
More than 50 targeted houses were searched in the search operation led by DSP City Hafeez Yousafzai and SHO City Irfan Afridi. In the search and strike operation, details of people living in rented houses were also checked.
The search operation was conducted in densely populated areas within the city and the persons detained in the search and strike operation were transferred to the city police station for investigation. Cases have been registered in the city police station against the arrested accused.
