Lahore: Punjab Auqaf Secretary Dr Ehsan Bhutta has said that all development works of Data Darbar will complete in stipulated time.
He said this during his visit to Data Darbar and it’s hospital here on Sunday.
The secretary during the visit reviewed the pace and quality of ongoing development works.
Dr Ehsan Bhutta inspected various components of the mega development project and expressed satisfaction over the coordinated efforts of all relevant departments.
He directed the officers to ensure high-quality construction, adherence to timelines and effective interdepartmental coordination so that the project gets completed without delay.
The secretary stated that this mega development project was being strictly supervised by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and Punjab Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman.
He mentioned that appropriate facilities had been provided for visitors on both the male and female sides, and that construction activities were being carried out in a manner that does not disrupt visitors’ pilgrimage or religious rituals.
He further said that development and demolition work had also started in the outer area from Bhati Gate to Karbala Gamay Shah, which was an important part of the project and would help improve infrastructure, traffic flow and the surrounding environment.
Dr Ehsan Bhutta said that the development work outside Data Darbar would be completed by March and all departments had been directed to maintain efficiency, speed and quality.
