APHC-AJK remembers July 13, 1931 martyrs in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter organized a seminar, today, to pay tributes to the martyrs of July 1931.

According to reporter, in the seminar chaired by Convener Ghulam Mohammad Safi, the speakers paid glowing tributes to the martyrs and said that July 13 is an unforgettable day in the history of Jammu and Kashmir when in 1931, on this day, the soldiers of the cruel Dogra ruler attacked the Central Jail Srinagar.

They said the history of Kashmiris is full of eternal sacrifices. In 1947, they added, the cruel era of Dogra ended when India occupied Jammu and Kashmir by force. They said India has made the lives of Kashmiris hell at this time, however, despite the brutal Indian atrocities and tactics, the morale of Kashmiris is high and they are determined to continue their struggle until the mission of the martyrs is completed.
