Rawalpindi:Private educational institutions form a vital pillar of the national academic landscape by driving quality standards, modernizing learning environments, and expanding educational access across the country, said Abrar Ahmad Khan, President of the All Pakistan Private Schools Management Association (APPSMA) North Punjab and Islamabad.

In an official statement released on Thursday, he emphasized that private sector schools and colleges do not merely grant academic degrees but actively cultivate moral grounding, creative thinking and technical literacy among millions of students.

Pointing out that teachers serve as the core framework of any academic structure, he called for structured professional development initiatives, targeted training programs, and conducive teaching environments to keep pace with evolving technological demands.

He urged the public sector authorities to establish a robust framework of coordination with private educational management to resolve administrative hurdles, broaden literacy metrics, and bring out-of-school children into formal education. Reaffirming the commitment of private institutions to national progress, he noted that joint public-private strategies remain essential to equipping the younger generation with the practical skills required to navigate modern global challenges.
