Rawalpindi: Additional District and Sessions Judge Naseer Ahmed dismissed the bail application of Zeeshan, a co-accused and domestic worker of the main suspect in the Hina Javed murder case registered at Civil Lines Police Station.
During the proceedings on Wednesday, after two separate defence attorneys filed bail petitions on behalf of the suspect, the court summoned Zeeshan to clarify representation.
The suspect formally declared Junaid Hassan Tajra Advocate as his sole counsel while disowning the representation of the second lawyer.
Consequently, the court dismissed the bail application submitted by Hamza Abbasi Advocate, while Advocate Junaid Hassan Tajra withdrew his separate petition following the transfer of case records to a high-powered investigation committee, which the court subsequently disposed of.
