ISLAMABAD:A local court on Wednesday issued perpetual arrest warrants against PTI’s Leader Azam Khan Swati on continuous absence from hearing with regard to his controversial tweet.
Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjmand heard the case against Azam Swati related to the matter. The accused didn’t appear before the court despite the repeated summon notices.
At this, the court issued perpetual arrest warrants against Azam Swati and directed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to produce the accused after arresting him.
It may be mentioned here that the court had already initiated a process to declare the accused proclaimed offender due to his disappearance from the case proceeding.
