Lahore: A sessions court will frame charges on August 18 against YouTuber Rajab Butt and others in a case involving allegations of sexual assault.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Zafaryab heard the complaint filed by TikToker Ayesha Jutt and summoned Rajab Butt and the other accused to appear before the court.
The court will formally frame charges against Rajab Butt and four other accused at the next hearing. Copies of the complaint and other relevant documents have already been provided to the accused, completing a key procedural requirement ahead of the indictment.
Ayesha Jutt had filed a private complaint against Rajab Butt, Salman and others, accusing them of sexual assault.
