DC visits Kotli Behram girls, boys high schools


Sialkot: Deputy Commissioner Awais Mushtaq on Tuesday visited Government Girls and Boys High Schools Kotli Behram and reviewed educational and administrative matters, cleanliness and available facilities.



According to a DC Office spokesperson, the deputy commissioner inspected classrooms, interacted with students and asked them about the syllabus, teaching activities and facilities available at the schools.



He also reviewed the teaching process and directed teachers to focus on improving students’ academic performance, character building and co-curricular activities.



Awais Mushtaq also inspected the school courtyards, classrooms, building premises and washrooms and directed the administration to further improve cleanliness. He checked water coolers and drinking water facilities and directed that students be provided clean and filtered drinking water at all times.



He further ordered timely cleaning and replacement of water filters and directed that the date of filter replacement be displayed prominently to ensure regular monitoring of water quality and filter maintenance.
