Dera ismail khan: The Dera police conducted a comprehensive search-and-strike operation in Daraban area, arresting 11 suspects and detaining several others for questioning.
According to police spokesman, the operation was carried out on the directives of District Police Officer Sajjad Ahmed Sahibzada.
During the operation, a team of Daraban Police station searched more than 20 houses and carried out raids at the residences of proclaimed offenders. As a result, 10 suspected individuals were taken into custody for further verification.
The police also recovered a 30-bore unlicensed pistol along with ammunition from the house of proclaimed offender Qismatullah. A case has been registered against him under relevant sections of the law.
Meanwhile, another accused, Abdullah son of Muhammad Ali appeared at the police station after obtaining pre-arrest bail (BBA) from the court.
Police officials stated that such operations will continue to ensure peace and eliminate criminal elements from the area.
