Sargodhga: Demonstrating a high level of professionalism, use of modern investigative techniques, and an effective operational strategy, Jhal Chakian Police have successfully traced a serious case of kidnapping and murder and arrested the prime accused.
According to details, on December 26, 2025, Jhal Chakian Police Station received information regarding the abduction of a man identified as Amanullah. A case was immediately registered, and multiple police teams were constituted to conduct search operations and initiate investigations in the area.
On December 30, 2025, at around 10am, police received information via Pukar-15 about the recovery of an unidentified body near Chak No. 69 Bagh. Responding promptly, the police reached the spot, secured the crime scene, and collected forensic and circumstantial evidence in accordance with legal procedures. The body was later identified as that of the abducted Amanullah.
Given the gravity of the incident, a comprehensive investigation was carried out under the direct supervision of SDPO President Ghazi Qaiser Abbas. Using modern investigative tools, technical evidence, and human intelligence, the police arrested the suspect, Shoaib. During interrogation, the accused confessed to abducting and murdering Amanullah due to a personal grudge.
Police officials stated that all legal formalities against the accused have been completed, and the process of preparing the challan is underway. They reiterated that the accused would be prosecuted in accordance with the law to ensure exemplary punishment, while every possible effort would be made to deliver justice to the bereaved family.
