Sukkur:Gambit Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), Gambat on Thursday has announced the launch of its comprehensive workshop series titled ‘Research Nexus Academy, to Learn Discover and Contribute’ under the theme of Research Builds Better Doctors.
The initiative aims to strengthen research capacity among medical students, young doctors and faculty members, covering the complete journey from concepts to publications and from idea to impact.
The workshop series titled ‘Basics to Advance’ will focus on building research skills for a stronger tomorrow. The modules will include Medical Research, Research Methodology, Study Design and Protocols, Data Collection and Analysis, Scientific Writing and Publication and Research Ethics and Integrity.
The programme will be held under the supervision of Chief Guest Capt. Retired Dr. Rahim Bux Bhatti, with Prof. Dr. Shamim Bhatti as Guest. Dr. Peer Asad Aziz will serve as Course Director, while Dr. Muzammil Khanzada will be the Coordinator.
The organisers stated that the academy is aimed at connecting minds, generating knowledge and impacting lives through evidence-based medical research.
