Sialkot:Assistant Commissioners of Daska and Pasrur on Thursday conducted surprise visits to public health facilities to review medical services, availability of medicines, cleanliness and staff attendance. According to a DC Office spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner Daska Saadia Jafar visited Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Daska and reviewed medical facilities, medicine availability, cleanliness arrangements and doctors’ duty rosters. She also interacted with patients and their attendants to obtain direct feedback about healthcare services.
Assistant Commissioner Pasrur Sana Sharafat visited Basic Health Unit Budiana, where the doctor and medical staff were found present on duty. She also inspected medicine availability and cleanliness and sought feedback from patients who expressed satisfaction with the treatment facilities and staff behaviour. Deputy Commissioner Awais Mushtaq has directed all Assistant Commissioners to regularly visit hospitals and health centres in their respective areas and ensure availability of medicines, cleanliness, staff attendance and timely provision of quality healthcare to patients.
