Dera ismail khan: Additional Assistant Commissioner(AAC) Muhammad Adil Khan on Tuesday visited Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Prova and veterinary hospital to review the availability and quality of public healthcare services.
At the THQ Hospital, he visited different sections, met patients and inquired about the medical facilities being provided to them.
He reviewed the availability of medicines and checked the attendance of doctors and other staff.
He directed the hospital administration and medical staff to ensure courteous behaviour with patients, provide timely treatment and maintain effective cleanliness arrangements.
Later, he inspected the Civil Veterinary hospital Prova and held a detailed meeting with veterinary doctor and staff.
He reviewed the availability of medicines and directed them to intensify field activities to ensure timely treatment and vaccination of livestock.
Muhammad Adil Khan stressed that effective veterinary services should be provided to livestock owners to improve animal health and provide maximum relief to the farming community.
