SARGODHA:Health department teams are fully active in the field and visiting various areas of the district to eliminate the Congo virus.
According to official sources, District Health Officer Dr Rafique Khan Niazi visited areas of Kamar Mashani affected with the Congo virus and monitored the health department teams assigned for preventive measures in the areas.
The DHO said that houses and cattle farms of the affected areas were being sprayed to prevent the virus and the teams of the health department were going house to house and they were creating awareness among people about preventive measures.
