ISLAMABAD:Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday merged the audio leaked case of the PTI Chief’s wife Bushra Bibi with the son of the former chief justice, Najam-ul-Saqib case.
Justice Babar Sattar heard the petition of Bushra Bibi against the summon notice in the audio-leaked case.
On behalf of the federal government, Additional Attorney General Manawar Iqbal Dogal appeared and apprised the court that the police had asked FIA to record a voice sample of Bushra Bibi.
He said that FIA summoned Bushra Bibi on the request of the police.
The court extended the summons suspension order and adjourned the hearing till October 30.
