ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Ahsan Iqbal on Tuesday said that a national economic and reconciliation plan was need of the hour.
Talking to a private news channel, he said that the opposition should play its constitutional role so that the country can be taken forward together.
He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chose a path of anarchy and chaos in the country, which was directly sabotaged the process of country’s economic recovery.
PML-N respects the freedom of expression, however social media should be brought under the code of conduct so that it’s harmful and misuse can be eliminated, he added.
To ensure this, all stakeholders including media, civil society and public representatives have to come together, he added.
