SARGODHA: Punjab Food Authority Sargodha on Wednesday organized an awareness seminar on ‘Food Safety and Quality’ at Comprehensive private School Sargodha. The awareness seminar was conducted by Punjab Food Authority Sargodha Training School and Nutrition Section with the coordination of School Health and Nutrition Supervisor. The aim of seminar was to inform the school students about importance of a healthy diet and the basic principles for the preservation of substandard food. In the seminar, students enriched their knowledge through various questions and answers. PFA Deputy Director Operations Muhammad Shahbaz Sarwar thanked the school administration for its support. The trend of such awareness and information seminars on behalf of the school management was considered proud and the efforts of Punjab Food Authority were appreciated. Later, the nutrition section also took the basic tests of students.
