PESHAWAR:On the directives of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President and Federal Minister Engineer Amir Muqam, a large rally and public gathering were held in Buner as part of the thanksgiving day and day of deliverance’ celebrations.
A large number of local PML-N leaders and workers participated in the rally. The participants enthusiastically chanted slogans for the establishment of peace, stability and in solidarity with the Pakistan Army.
The gathering witnessed high spirits among party workers, who expressed their political affiliation with enthusiasm. The PML-N described the event as an occasion to highlight its political stance against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) 14-year rule and style of governance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and to observe it as a Day of Deliverance.
On the occasion, party workers emphasized the importance of peace and security, development and resolution of public issues in the province.
The rally participants expressed their resolve to work for peace and national stability and also conveyed a message of solidarity with the Pakistan Army.
