Muzaffargarh: A teenager was killed while another youth sustained serious injuries when a motorcycle collided with a stationary trailer amid dense fog in Kot Addu area on Multan Road.
According to Rescue 1122 control room, the accident occurred near Noor Shah Talai Bridge due to poor visibility caused by thick fog. The motorcycle hit a broken-down trailer parked along the roadside from behind.
As a result, 16-year-old Nazir, son of Bashir, a resident of Chak No. 522 TDA, Kot Addu, died on the spot, while his companion, 20-year-old Asim, son of Kausar, also from the same area, suffered serious injuries.
Rescue 1122 teams reached the spot, covered the body with a body sheet and provided first aid to the injured before shifting him to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Kot Addu.
