BAHAWALNAGAR: Two soldiers of the elite force lost their lives, while three others sustained injuries in a road accident on Saturday near Rojhanwali Morr in Bahawalnagar.
According to the police, an accident happened when a police vehicle belonging to the elite force met with a tragic incident.
The elite force vehicle, affected by dense fog, lost control due to dense fog and plunged into Sam Canal. Consequently, two elite officials died on the spot, while three others sustained injuries.
The dead were identified as Hawaldar Muhammad Kashif and driver Constable Rizwan, while the injured included Abdullah Tariq, Mehmood, and Jafar.
The Elite Force vehicle was going after some criminals when it met an accident. After getting news of the accident, police officers and other officials reached the district hospital.
