Rawalpindi:Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Investigation Saifullah directed police officers to ensure legal action on applications marked during an open court at Police Lines Headquarters within the stipulated time frame, warning that negligence in resolving citizens’ problems would not be tolerated.
During the open court, the SSP listened to citizens’ complaints and issued instructions to the relevant officers for their prompt resolution.
He directed the officers to ensure timely legal action on all marked applications and said that the best possible service delivery to citizens at police stations must be ensured at all times.
He said that, in line with the vision of Punjab Chief Minister, the protection of citizens’ lives and property and the provision of public services remained the police’s top priorities. He added that all necessary measures were being taken to achieve these objectives.
