Peshawar: Three people have been killed following a tragic accident at a post office building in Hasan Khel here Saturday.
According to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rescue 1122 spokesperson, a search and rescue operation was immediately launched by Rescue 1122 after a mine had collapsed at the site, leaving individuals trapped beneath the rubble.
Emergency response teams had been dispatched to the scene promptly upon receiving information regarding the incident.
The extensive emergency response involved four ambulances, two disaster vehicles, and more than twenty rescue personnel who worked tirelessly to locate those buried in the debris.
Rescue personnel have now recovered bodies of all three victims who had been trapped under fallen structure.
The search and rescue operation has officially been completed, he told.
