ISLAMABAD:Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) building control directorate has fetched Rs 1.37 billion revenue during the month of November this year.
According to details, the directorate has issued 38 completion certificates to 38 residential buildings after inspection during the period.
Similarly, Rs. 1.365 billion was received for the approval of maps of commercial buildings. While Rs.1.24 million was received for the approval of maps of 41 residential buildings.
Likewise, No-objection-certificate (NOC) were issued to 81 commercial buildings for Rs.3.37 million and 142 to residential buildings at a cost of Rs. 2.52 million.
The authority also imposed a fine of Rs. 500,000 for the violation of building bylaws
