Hyderabad: Four persons were injured in a head-on collision between a pick-up truck and a rickshaw on Autobahn road here on Saturday afternoon.
According to the police, a double cab struck the rickshaw which was violating the one-way road outside an eatery.The injured, 2 of whom have been identified as 39 years old Tariq and 18 years old Mairaj, were shifted to Government Bhitai Hospital in Latifabad.
The collision almost crashed the entire front chases of the rickshaw while damaging the bonnet, a headlight and front grill of the double cab bearing registration number SC-0454.
The local people complained while talking to the media that wrong parking and one-way road violations had become a norm on Autobahn road despite the fact that the road was the widest road in Hyderabad being home to different sorts of commercial activities.
