بكين, March 07, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — نما الناتج المحلي الإجمالي (GDP) لمقاطعة جيانغسو في عام 2024 5.8% على أساس سنوي، بزيادة بلغت 0.8 نقطة مئوية عن المعدل الوطني، ما يؤكد دورها الرئيسي في دفع نمو اقتصاد الصين.

كما أن لاقتصادات المقاطعات الرئيسية في الصين دور تزداد أهميته في دفع نمو الصين. ففي 2024، أسهمت 10 مقاطعات منها – غوانغدونغ وجيانغسو وشاندونغ وجيجيانغ وسيتشوان وخنان وهوبي وفوجيان وشانغهاي وهونان – بأكثر من 60% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي (GDP) للبلاد.

وحث الرئيس الصيني Xi Jinping الأربعاء المقاطعات ذات القوة الاقتصادية على أن تؤدي دورًا رئيسيًا في التنمية الشاملة للصين، لتحقيق أهداف الخطة الخمسية الرابع عشر (2021-2025).

ومنذ أن طرح هذا المصطلح في سبتمبر 2023، شدد شي على أهمية ابتكار قوى إنتاجية جديدة عالية الجودة في ظل الجهود المتسارعة التي تبذلها البلاد لتعزيز دوافع النمو الجديدة وتعزيز التنمية عالية الجودة.

ويُقصد بقوى الإنتاج فائقة الجودة الجديدة، في سياق ريادة الابتكار، تلك القوى الناشئة عن استمرار الإنجازات النوعية في العلوم والتكنولوجيا، التي تدفع عجلة الصناعات المستقبلية والناشئة الاستراتيجية التي قد تقدم تطورات تكنولوجية ثورية في عصر المعلومات الذكية.

وقال Xi إنه ينبغي لمقاطعة جيانغسو أن تعزز مواءمتها مع استراتيجيات كالتنمية المنسقة لمنطقة بكين وتيانجين وخبي وتنمية منطقة خليج غوانغدونغ وهونغ كونغ وماكاو الكبرى، وأن تشارك بعمق في التعاون فائق الجودة في مبادرة الحزام والطريق.

Innovation technologique

Depuis qu’il a introduit cette notion en septembre 2023, Xi Jinping n’a eu de cesse d’insister sur la nécessité primordiale de développer de nouvelles orientations productives de qualité dans le cadre des efforts renforcés du pays pour favoriser de nouveaux moteurs de croissance et promouvoir un développement de qualité supérieur.

Ces nouveaux secteurs productifs de qualité, dont l’innovation tient le haut du classement, font référence à l’émergence des constantes percées scientifiques et technologiques, mettant en avant des industries stratégiques émergentes et à venir susceptibles d’introduire des avancées technologiques révolutionnaires à l’ère de l’intelligence des données.

Selon lui, le Jiangsu devrait mieux s’aligner sur des stratégies axées notamment sur le développement coordonné de la région Pékin-Tianjin-Hebei ou celui de la Grande Baie de Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao, et s’inscrire en profondeur dans la coopération de haute qualité dans le cadre du projet de la Nouvelle route de la soie.

Dans son rapport de travail annuel, le gouvernement provincial du Jiangsu a précisé que son objectif de croissance du PIB pour 2025 était fixé à plus de 5 % et s’est engagé à déployer tous les efforts pour maintenir une croissance économique stable et jouer un rôle plus marqué de moteur de croissance.

ประธานาธิบดีจีนกล่าวเมื่อวันพุธว่า นวัตกรรมทางเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมเชิงอุตสาหกรรมเป็นแนวทางพื้นฐานในการพัฒนากำลังการผลิตเชิงคุณภาพรูปแบบใหม่

นับตั้งแต่นายสีเสนอแนวคิดนี้ในเดือนกันยายน 2023 เขาได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนากำลังการผลิตเชิงคุณภาพรูปแบบใหม่ ท่ามกลางความพยายามของจีนในการเร่งสร้างปัจจัยขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตใหม่และส่งเสริมการพัฒนาที่มีคุณภาพสูง

การประชุมสัมมนาดังกล่าว ซึ่งมีนายสีเข้าร่วมด้วย ได้ตอกย้ำถึงความพยายามของทางการจีนในการเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจและส่งเสริมการพัฒนาภาคเอกชน
