Rawalpindi: City Police Officer (CPO) Hassan Mushtaq Sukhaira visited the MT Section at Police Lines Headquarters and reviewed the maintenance and repair work of police vehicles.
During the visit, the CPO reviewed the provision and installation of new tyres on 24 vehicles, including those used by police stations, Police Lines and prison vans.
The SP Headquarters briefed the CPO on vehicle maintenance, repair work and other arrangements at the Police Lines.
The CPO directed the concerned officers to ensure proper maintenance of police vehicles and timely completion of repair work so that the force could perform its duties efficiently.
He also stressed the need for keeping official vehicles in good working condition and ensuring their availability for operational requirements.
