Murree:Deputy Commissioner (DC) Murree Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi conducted surprise field inspections across various public facilities in the district, including the Tehsildar Office, Government schools and Basic Health Units (BHUs) in Nammal Beiran and Phiphrial to review service delivery, administrative transparency, and staff attendance.
During his visit to the Tehsildar Office, DC Shirazi interacted with visiting citizens, issued on-the-spot directives to resolve pending public grievances, and instructed staff to prioritize official transparency, according to the press release.
While evaluating academic standards and student learning levels at the primary schools, Shirazi directed school administrations to maintain clean premises, ensure drinking water availability, and focus on character building alongside core curricula.
Furthermore, during his inspection of BHU Nammal Beiran and Phiphrial, the DC audited medical attendance, stock levels of free essential medicines, and overall hygiene, warning that negligence in delivering timely healthcare to local residents would not be tolerated.
