Abbottabad: Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad Sarmad Saleem Akram chaired a meeting on Wednesday to review measures aimed at improving the city’s beautification and enhancing the delivery of public services.
The meeting was attended by the Additional Deputy Commissioners, Assistant Commissioner, Additional Assistant Commissioners, Planning Officer, and other relevant officials.
In line with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s directives, participants discussed strategies to strengthen the city’s beautification efforts, improve the sanitation system, enhance district service delivery, and ensure the timely provision of basic civic facilities to residents.
Addressing the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner directed officers to perform their duties with dedication, honesty, and commitment. He instructed them to take effective measures to improve the city’s appearance, promptly identify and address public issues, and ensure the timely resolution of citizens’ complaints to provide maximum relief to the public.
