PESHAWAR: Deputy Commissioner Peshawar, Captain (Retd) Sarmad Salim Akram, conducted a surprise visit to the Service Delivery Center, Tehsil City, Mohafiz Khana, and Sub-Registrar offices on Wednesday to review the facilities provided to the public.
During his visit, he interacted with citizens, inquired about their experiences, and instructed staff to expedite their work.
He inspected service delivery counters, checked staff attendance, and reviewed office records.
He emphasized the importance of honesty and efficiency, urging officers and staff to provide maximum relief to the public and speed up their tasks.
The Deputy Commissioner assured that all necessary measures were being taken to improve service delivery in Peshawar, including the quick and easy provision of tokens at service delivery centers.
