Malakand:A one-month dressmaking and garment preparation training course for women concluded on Wednesday at Mohallah Gul Mandi, Malakand, with a certificate distribution ceremony held under the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Malakand Muhammad Fayaz Khan Sherpao.
The course was organised in collaboration with the District Youth Office Malakand and the District Administration to equip young women with practical skills, promote employment opportunities and encourage home-based businesses and sustainable income generation. Participants received training in dress designing, cutting, stitching and related skills.
Finance Officer Malakand Shaista Gul Khattak and other guests attended the concluding ceremony and highlighted the importance of technical and vocational training in empowering women and helping them become economically self-reliant.
At the conclusion, certificates were distributed among the participants, while shields were presented to the guests and trainers in recognition of their participation and support.
