Quetta: The entrance test of Balochistan Residential College (BRC) Turbat was conducted by Balochistan Academy for College Teachers (BACT),in which a total of 1178 candidates participated.
The examination process was completed in a very organized, transparent and satisfactory manner as per the prescribed rules and regulations.
The examination center was visited by Principal, Balochistan Residential College Turbat, Wali Muhammad Lehri along with his staff, who remained present on the spot till the end of the examination and monitored the examination proceedings.
In addition, the top management of BACT was also present to supervise the examination, including Prof. Shaukat Ali Sarpara, Director, BACT, Prof. Shahzad Anwar, Joint Director, BACT Muhammad Hassan Sarpara, Deputy Director, BACT
Principal BRC Turbat conducted a detailed inspection of the examination hall and reviewed the administrative, security and monitoring arrangements.
The Director BACT briefed him in detail about the examination rules and regulations, security measures and monitoring system, which were implemented to ensure a transparent and fair examination environment.
During the examination, the management and invigilator staff of BACT caught eight fake candidates who were involved in forgery, impersonation.
These candidates were found to be affiliated with private schools and coaching centres. The timely and decisive action clearly reflects BACT’s commitment to a transparent, fair and reliable examination system.
Principal BRC Turbat appreciated the effective and regular conduct of the examination by BACT and especially lauded the prompt action taken against cheating.
He said that such strict measures further strengthen the public’s confidence in the examination system.
The examination concluded in a transparent manner under the effective supervision of BACT. The detection of cheating incidents has further strengthened the credibility of the examination process and has sent a clear message that any kind of unfair activity would not be tolerated.
Director BACT also appreciated the diligence, dedication and professionalism of the BACT team and supervisory staff, due to whose timely attention the attempts of corruption were thwarted.
The papers of all the candidates involved in cheating were cancelled and they were disqualified from appearing in all the entrance tests of Balochistan Residential Colleges and Cadet Colleges.
Furthermore, the Director BACT appealed to all respected parents to fully cooperate with BACT to ensure transparent, fair and peaceful conduct of the entrance tests so that there is no injustice at any stage of the examination process.
